During the consultation we’ll cover three things: which platforms are appropriate for your needs, which protection level (BR4 through BR7) matches your threat profile, and what optional features make sense — run-flat tires are standard, but things like smoke-screen, intercom, electronic security and emergency-evasion training are optional. You’ll receive a formal written quote within seventy-two hours of the consultation, including itemised pricing, lead time, payment schedule and a sample build sheet. Quotes are valid for sixty days. Build slots are reserved on a fifty-percent deposit, with the balance due thirty days before delivery. International clients can also pay through documentary letter of credit.

Yes to both. Our Vaughan, Ontario facility includes a showroom with two to four completed armored vehicles on display at any time, plus a workshop tour where you can see in-progress builds, ballistic-plate cut samples and transparent-armor cross-sections. The tour takes about ninety minutes and is by appointment only — typically Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Time. We host clients from across Canada, the U.S., the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe every week.

For clients who can’t travel to Vaughan, we offer on-site consultations. A senior specialist will fly to your location with a sample armor-plate kit, transparent-armor cross-section, and a tablet showing recent builds and process video. On-site consultations are no-charge within North America and the Caribbean for serious inquiries (defined as a confirmed budget and a six-month or shorter purchasing timeline). For international consultations we cover the specialist’s time, and the client covers travel costs — typically two to four thousand US dollars depending on destination.

Privacy and discretion are non-negotiable in our business. We never share, sell or rent client information to any third party. Inquiries are handled by a small team of two senior specialists, both of whom have signed lifetime NDAs. Internal records are encrypted at rest and accessible only to staff with a need to know. Quotes, build specifications and delivery logistics are all encrypted in transit.

We do not photograph or publicly identify any client vehicle without explicit written consent. Marketing photos on our website are either of pre-built stock vehicles (no specific buyer assigned), generic showroom shots, or used with formal client release. Our client list, build records and shipping documents are retained for the seven years required by Canadian customs law, after which they are destroyed by certified document-destruction services.
