Exec Armor is headquartered and operates its production facility at 130 Snidercroft Road, Unit 1-3, in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada — a suburb of Toronto. The Vaughan facility is approximately 28,000 square feet and houses our complete operation: client showroom, engineering office, machine shop, ballistic-plate fabrication, transparent-armor lamination room, body shop, interior trim shop, paint booth, and final-assembly bays. Every vehicle we deliver is built in-house in this single facility. We do not subcontract armor fabrication or assembly to third parties.
Our location matters for two reasons. First, Canada’s industrial-export framework is well-established, which simplifies international shipping and customs documentation versus armorers based in less stable jurisdictions. Second, the Toronto region has decades of automotive-manufacturing depth — we hire from a labour pool that understands premium-vehicle assembly. Clients are welcome to visit our facility by appointment. Standard tours include the showroom, an active build bay (security permitting), the materials lab and our QA area. Tours take about ninety minutes and are typically scheduled Monday through Friday.
Exec Armor has been in the vehicle-armoring industry for over fifteen years, and our senior engineering staff bring an additional decade-plus of experience from other armoring firms before joining the company. To date we have delivered more than five hundred armored vehicles to clients in over forty countries on six continents. Our build mix is roughly fifty percent armored SUVs, twenty-five percent armored sedans, ten percent cash-in-transit vehicles, ten percent specialty and limousine builds, and five percent armored trucks.
Our typical client is either a private buyer (executives, families, high-net-worth individuals relocating to higher-risk environments), a corporate buyer (energy, mining, financial services and security firms) or an institutional buyer (diplomatic missions, NGOs and law-enforcement agencies). We’ve serviced repeat-buyer relationships spanning multiple decades, including several family offices that have built three or four generations of vehicles with us. References are available on request after a signed NDA. Our reputation is built on what we don’t do as much as what we do — we don’t sell what you don’t need, we don’t over-promise on timelines and we don’t cut corners on ballistic validation.
Three things, in our clients’ words. First, factory-fresh appearance. We obsess over making the armored vehicle indistinguishable from the OEM original on the outside and inside. Trims, gaps, panel alignment, leather grain, AV system, climate controls — everything is restored or reproduced to original specification. Most clients tell us their armored vehicle is the only one they’ve owned where guests can’t tell it’s armored.
Second, performance preservation. Our engineering team specs every suspension, brake and powertrain upgrade against the actual measured weight of the finished vehicle. Many competitors use rule-of-thumb upgrades that result in mushy ride, weak braking and accelerated component wear. Our builds drive like the factory original — many clients report they actually ride better than stock.
Third, long-term ownership support. Every Exec Armor vehicle ships with a comprehensive warranty backed by a global service network. Our parts desk turns around requests in 24 to 48 hours to anywhere in the world. We service vehicles fifteen-plus years out of build and routinely re-certify older armored vehicles to extend their service life. Buying an Exec Armor isn’t a transaction — it’s a long-term relationship with a team that builds with the understanding that you may be relying on this vehicle for decades.
