The armored Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is the executive sedan benchmark in our portfolio. The Maybach combines the smoothest ride, quietest cabin and most-refined interior of any platform we build with discreet armor integration that is genuinely invisible from outside. For heads of state, dignitaries, ultra-high-net-worth principals and corporate executives who require the highest level of protection in a vehicle that visibly looks like factory-spec luxury, the Maybach is the platform we recommend most often.
Three reasons. First, factory engineering: the Maybach S-Class has the most-sophisticated acoustic insulation, ride compliance and ride-height management of any production sedan. Our armoring process can match factory NVH performance after armor installation — the only sedan we build where the post-armor cabin is genuinely indistinguishable from stock acoustically. Second, the long-wheelbase platform accommodates BR6 and BR7 armor mass without compromise to rear-cabin legroom — important for principals who actually travel in the back seat. Third, the discreet appearance: a finished armored Maybach is indistinguishable from a factory-spec Maybach. We’ve delivered Maybach builds to heads of state where even close inspection by professional security teams couldn’t identify the armoring without removing trim panels.
Every Exec Armor build is engineered to the protection level appropriate to your operating environment. The most-popular package for this platform is CEN BR6.

Total project cost for an armored Maybach S-Class typically runs CAD $450,000 to $900,000 in 2026 — split as: base vehicle CAD $240,000 to $400,000 (depending on Maybach S 580 vs S 680 spec and option selection), armoring package CAD $120,000 to $415,000 depending on protection level, and options/delivery CAD $30,000 to $85,000. The most-common configuration is a Maybach S 580 with our CEN BR6 armoring at total CAD $560,000 to $650,000 including base vehicle.
BR7 builds — which we recommend for principals in high-threat operating environments — add approximately CAD $115,000 to $200,000 to the project total versus BR6, due to thicker transparent armor, full underbody blast protection, additional structural reinforcement and longer build cycle. Most clients selecting the Maybach platform also elect bespoke interior options (handcrafted leather, exotic veneers, custom upholstery patterns, audio upgrades), which add CAD $25,000 to $150,000. Yes — the Maybach platform is one of the few sedans where BR7 armoring doesn’t compromise the executive-passenger experience. The factory air-suspension system (AIRMATIC with rear-axle adaptive damping) is highly tunable, and we re-calibrate it specifically for the BR7 armored mass — typically 850 to 1,050 kg added, depending on options. Brake systems are upgraded to Brembo armored-grade rotors and pads. Wheel bearings are reinforced to handle the additional load.
The result is a BR7 armored Maybach that retains roughly 92 percent of factory ride compliance and 95 percent of factory cabin acoustic performance. Acceleration loses approximately 1.2 seconds zero-to-100 km/h compared to factory — present, but not problematic for executive transport. Most clients in our BR7 portfolio tell us the ride is still smoother than a typical BR6 SUV. For comparison: an equivalently-armored G-Wagon at BR7 has roughly 25 percent less ride compliance than the BR7 Maybach.
Standard Maybach armored builds run 14 to 18 weeks for BR4 and BR6 — slightly longer than our SUV builds because the Maybach involves more delicate interior work (the factory leather, wood and finishes must be removed, the armor installed, and the interior reassembled to factory standards with no visible compromise). BR7 Maybach builds extend to 18 to 22 weeks because of additional engineering for the thicker armor, the underbody blast-protection plating, and typically extensive bespoke interior work.
We hold one priority production slot at all times that can compress a standard 16-week Maybach build to approximately 12 weeks for clients with mission-critical timelines (head-of-state arrival, corporate event, family relocation). For Maybach clients on a tight timeline, we also occasionally have pre-built BR6 Maybach inventory available — though Maybach stock vehicles are produced in much smaller quantities than our Escalade and LX 600 stock. Ask our specialists during the consultation whether any Maybach inventory is currently ready for immediate delivery.
