WORLD WIDE WARRANTY

Our warranty covers our vehicles with our global network for service.  We have dealers and facilities all over the world that offer OEM and aftermarket replacement parts and warranty facilities to support your products.   Our staff is experienced in all logistic functions from the point of origin to delivery at the final destination. Our goal is to minimize your vehicles “downtime” if necessary to the fullest extent possible. To help ensure this we have assigned experienced personnel as World Regional Service Coordinators to manage any and all warranty, maintenance appointments and parts orders.   If an appointment is required at one of our in-country service facilities the customer will initially contact our Service Coordinator and he/she will arrange any appointments with the local service facility, typically on a conference call with the customer and the service facility. Our general warranty period is 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first).
